Surface Experts is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative in the Orlando area. You will build relationships with property managers, educate on our repair services, and book appointments using provided leads.
You’ll control your own schedule within a flexible, metrics-driven framework, supported by onboarding and coaching. Expect a base + commission structure with a total range of $41,500–$80,000+ per year, and benefits like onboarding training, a CRM tool, and a car/phone stipend.

- Build rapport with the property manager
- Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
- Educate on our services and book repairs
- Review sales routes, prepare calls, and perform minimal administrative tasks
- Strong rapport skills and persistence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sales experience is preferred
- Reliable transportation

- Goal-oriented, self-starter who is coachable and eager to learn
- Enjoys connecting with people and working in a team environment
- Preference for candidates with property or facilities management backgrounds
- No prior sales experience required, we provide all training; however previous sales experience is a plus
- Professional, caring, and service-minded
- Ready to thrive in a metrics-based, process-driven sales system
- Valid driver’s license, clean record, and reliable transportation
- Territory Coverage Based out of West Orlando (Apopka, Clermont, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Windermere, Celebration)
- Strong communication skills — bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

- Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long‑term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
- Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
