Job Overview

We're looking for a results-driven Field Sales Representative to lead sales execution and retail marketing efforts across the Northeast USA of Brazil’s #1 Soft drink Guarana Antarctica. You’ll be working with our distributors, and sales accounts. Ensuring Proper shelf positioning, promotional displays as well as handling pricing models. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) beverage sales, distributor, and wholesaler management.

What You’ll Do

Distributor & Retail Network Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Our regional distributors.
• Monitor performance metrics (sales volume, coverage, compliance).
• Conduct training, ride-alongs, and joint business planning with distributor partners.
• Support and grow retail accounts including supermarkets, convenience chains, and independents.
  
  

Retail & Field Execution

• Ensure effective product placement, planogram adherence, and promotional execution.
• Lead merchandising efforts to increase brand visibility and availability.
• Audit stores regularly to ensure brand standards are met.
