Your Responsibilities

• Proactively engage potential clients through outbound outreach, including wellness clinics, med spas, telemedicine platforms, and weight loss centers nationwide
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Participate in weekly team development calls to strengthen your sales approach and industry knowledge
• Represent Hess Consultancy Services with professionalism, reliability, and a solutions-driven mindset

Your Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience with confidence in cold outreach and relationship building
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Professional communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Willingness to invest effort into learning the nuances of the industry for long-term success
• Pharmaceutical sales experience is a plus but not required
• Interest in future growth opportunities, including potential management roles

Compensation

• Commission-only: Earn 5% of gross sales with a 7% performance based incentive commission on every account you close
• 1099 Contractor role, fully remote within the U.S.
