AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives in Florida to deliver personalized in-home experiences and connect customers with the latest technology and services. You will meet customers, perform hands-on demos, and close deals during scheduled appointments to keep customers connected.

Expect paid training, a warm lead flow, and an uncapped commission structure with top earners reaching six figures. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales experience required; outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving targets.
• Strong upselling techniques to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive with company vehicle for official use.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Attend paid training and work independently in the field.
• Connect with existing customers daily with scheduled appointments.
