AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home experiences. You will conduct scheduled appointments, perform hands-on demos, and tailor technology solutions to customer needs.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, negotiation, and the drive to achieve sales targets with uncapped commission potential. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are required for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly

Responsibilities

• You will meet with customers in their homes for personalized sales interactions
• Close deals through hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery
• Provide exceptional service and troubleshoot issues to keep customers connected
