K44 Consulting LLC in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for our slab and countertop division. You will grow sales, manage dealer relationships, and drive product awareness across an assigned territory.

The role requires travel up to 80% and involves training store personnel, quoting prices, and negotiating terms to maximize margins. A college degree and strong sales skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• College degree required; 2+ years in channel distribution sales.
• Proven sales ability and strong negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with current and new customers within the territory.
• Train store personnel on product knowledge and selling points.
• Position products effectively to overcome market competition.
• Increase market share and grow product penetration with dealers.
• Manage displays, samples, and selling tools in the territory.
• Consult dealers on pricing, promotions, and ROI.
