Job summary

Lincare Holdings is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to expand our network of physicians and healthcare professionals in Michigan. You will generate leads, build lasting relationships, and meet monthly sales targets within your local market while representing our durable medical equipment products.

You will deliver data-driven sales approaches, travel within your territory, and participate in in-services to educate referral sources about Lincare's comprehensive product categories.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel within your local territory.
• Strong people skills and professional presence.
• Sales experience preferred but not required; DME industry a plus.
• Computer literacy and ability to use data-driven sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data-driven sales strategies to identify and pursue prospective leads.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with new and existing referral sources.
• Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout designated territory.
• Facilitate educational in-services with referral sources to highlight and promote Lincare's product categories.
• Deliver comprehensive clinical follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources.
