NFIB is seeking a Membership Sales Representative to join our hunter/closer team. You’ll meet small business owners in person, deliver NFIB’s concise five-minute presentation, and close memberships in a single visit.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB's proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB's mission clearly and compellingly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
