Job summary

Root Plastics is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence across the Midwest United States. This field role focuses on building relationships with broadband contractors, ISPs, utilities, municipalities, engineers, and infrastructure partners.

You will develop a sales pipeline, call on decision-makers, present the rootBOX handhole system, and travel to customer sites to drive product adoption. Base salary with commission/bonus opportunities rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or field sales is preferred.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across the Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relationships across the Midwest.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline across the territory.
• Present and demonstrate Root Plastics products to customers.
• Attend trade shows and customer meetings to drive opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, timing, and customer needs.
