Job summary

GoNetspeed is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to represent the company in local neighborhoods, performing field outreach and selling fiber internet services directly to customers.

You will work in a field-based role, meeting customers face to face, with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. Training is provided, along with mileage allowance and benefits where available.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and 40-hour workweek.
• Availability 10 AM–7 PM, 40 hours/week.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; local travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Represent GoNetspeed in local neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach.
• Sell Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV plans.
• Knock on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right plan.
• Stay current on product offerings and competitor options.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and maximize commission opportunities.
