Job summary

Cintas is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the York area. You will prospect and develop leads, qualify opportunities, and use our CRM to close new business, meeting weekly and quarterly quotas with support from training and certification programs.

The role emphasizes hands-on product demonstrations, negotiations, and long-term relationship building with customers in a B2B environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMS/CRM software; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and qualify leads within territory.
• Use CRM to identify, prospect, close new business.
• Meet weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and quotas.
• Provide facility services solutions and product demonstrations.
