Job summary

Cintas is seeking a goal‑oriented Sales Representative for our Outside Sales team in Missouri. This B2B role provides customers with facility services solutions through industry‑leading products and hands‑on support, helping you build a successful career while supporting customers in getting Ready for the Workday.

You will prospect in your territory, use our CRM to close new business, and apply training in sales techniques to exceed weekly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS/CRM.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within territory.
• Use CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly quotas.
• Apply skills from sales training program—cold calling, in person sales, demos, negotiations, objections, and closing.
