Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Denver is seeking a Sales Representative for the NA Sport Regional Accounts to manage client relationships, meet territory targets, and represent Luxottica brands such as Ray-Ban and Oakley. This full-time role requires travel across the region and a strong track record in selling eyewear.

The position demands 2+ years of direct sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to train staff using brand materials.

Qualifications

• 2+ years direct sales experience with proven results.
• Must be able to carry sample bags weighing at least 25 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven sales performance and ability to increase.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships.
• Excellent training and presentation.
• Strong visual merchandising background.
• Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word and
• Significant and regular field time required with up to 100% travel.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a NA Sport AFA ambassador, promoting the value proposition of the brand while ensuring brand integrity in the short, medium and long term.
• Leads synergy team with RSM to identify opportunities for Luxottica and strengthen position one customer at a time.
• Proactively manages distribution in the territory and cultivates existing customers while prospecting new ones.
• Ensures brand visual merchandising and distribution quality standards are met and supports sell-through of product.
• Builds strong working relationships at all levels within practices and offices managed.
• Follows NA Sport sales processes and standards.
• Achieves monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and distribution metrics.
• Uses brand materials to conduct regular staff trainings to ensure brand messaging is consistent.
• Develops a business plan to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives.
• Represents Luxottica in local/regional/national trade events.
• Stays current on fashion and market trends for informing customers.
