Job summary

EssilorLuxottica seeks a full-time Sales Representative for Oakley/Ray-Ban in the Northeast to manage regional accounts and grow brand presence. You will build relationships with practices, perform staff trainings, and execute merchandising standards while meeting sales targets and optimizing distribution.

The role requires 2+ years of direct sales experience, strong communication, willingness to travel up to 100%, and the ability to lift sample bags weighing at least 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct sales experience with proven results.
• Ability to lift sample bags weighing at least 25 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales performance and ability to increase revenues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships.
• Excellent training and presentation skills.
• Strong visual merchandising background.
• Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Significant field time with up to 100% travel.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a NA Sport eyewear ambassador, promoting Oakley & Ray-Ban brands.
• Proactively manages brand distribution and cultivates existing customers.
• Ensures brand visual merchandising and distribution quality standards.
• Builds strong working relationships within practices and businesses.
• Follows NA Sport sales processes and standards.
• Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Utilizes brand materials to train staff and ensure consistent messaging.
• Develops and adheres to an effective call plan for 8-week coverage.
• Participates in local, regional, and national trade shows.
• Develops a business plan to achieve objectives for the territory.
