Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Sales Representative to achieve sales targets by visiting customers, delivering best-in-class service and executing brand strategies across our ophthalmic lens and eyewear brands in the US market.

You will develop call plans, manage customer relationships, and support sell-through through in-store merchandising and trainings. The role requires travel up to 100% and a valid US driver’s license, with a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct sales experience with proven results.
• Must be able to carry sample bags weighing at least 25 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales performance and ability to increase revenues.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent training and presentation skills.
• Strong visual merchandising background.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive planning.
• PC skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% in field.
• Valid US driver’s license and work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales targets and growth by visiting customers.
• Develops call plans and regular customer visits (4–12 week rotation).
• Maintains brand visual merchandising and reflects brand positioning.
• Logs visits and uses CRM tools to manage relationships.
• Delivers trainings and communicates brand messages to end-patient/consumer.
• Keeps up with market trends and expands customer base.
• Collaborates with other brand divisions for synergies.
• Participates in trade shows and events.
