Aston Carter is hiring a Field Sales Representative for a new delivery partner program in Alabama. You will recruit local businesses, visit door-to-door, and guide partners through the application process while managing a Salesforce-driven pipeline.

The role requires travel within a two-hour radius, strong sales and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with a Field Manager and local contractors to drive recruitment events and referrals.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service with direct customer interaction.
• Outside or field sales experience with face-to-face meetings with business owners/decision-makers.
• CRM experience required, Salesforce strongly preferred for managing leads and pipeline.
• Strong outbound sales skills: prospecting, pitching, and closing.
• Exceptional customer service and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to travel up to ~4 hours round trip daily.

Aufgaben

• Visit prospective businesses door-to-door within a two-hour driving radius to present the delivery partner program.
• Pitch the opportunity and generate interest in applying.
• Qualify prospects and guide them through the full application process.
• Lead and document sales activity in Salesforce and maintain a live pipeline.
• Assist Field Manager in planning recruitment events and hosting community sessions.
• Engage local influencers to drive referrals and awareness.
• Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly for data accuracy.
• Drive outbound sales to identify new opportunities and expand the network.
• Communicate professionally with business owners and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with contractors to share insights and improve recruitment results.
