Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners seeks a Field Sales Manager to drive in-store sales and execute product merchandising across a Montgomery, AL territory. You will service local stores, manage inventory, and install displays using a company vehicle.

The role requires 50 hours weekly, overnight travel on routes, and strong customer relationships to grow sales. Candidate should have a valid driver’s license and a proven track record in vending, customer service, or retail sales.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in vending, customer service, sales or retail preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable with a physically active role including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Service local stores within a territory using SRP’s company vehicle.
• Sell and merchandise new and existing product lines.
• Order, deliver and maintain inventory of products.
• Install fixtures such as shelving or displays.
• Manage and update store promotions.
• Conduct end-of-day sales reports.
• Support store management and build relationships to grow sales.
• Present a professional company image and uphold brand standards.
