Job summary

REIC Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to serve Grand County and surrounding mountain communities. You will be the face of REIC Rentals, developing trusted relationships with contractors, municipalities, utility companies, and commercial customers.

Drive new business while maintaining existing relationships, visiting jobsites daily to assess needs and propose equipment solutions, and collaborating with inside sales and operations to ensure top-notch service and equipment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in construction, rental, or related industries.
• Existing relationships with contractors, municipalities, or builders in Winter Park/Grand County preferred.
• Ability to call on jobsites, identify customer needs, and propose equipment solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with contractors, municipalities, utility companies, and commercial customers in Grand County.
• Visit jobsites daily to understand needs and quote equipment.
• Prepare quotes, rental agreements, and pricing proposals.
• Partner with inside sales and operations to ensure excellent service and equipment availability.
• Represent REIC Rentals at local associations, Chamber events, and trade shows.
• Stay informed on local construction activity and market trends.
