Job summary

Serta Simmons Bedding (SSB) is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive field execution, grow market share, and coordinate retailer collaboration in the Dallas area. You will implement company strategy, lead training events, and work with partners to boost sales and profitability.

The role requires 85–90% travel within the assigned territory, weekend/evening flexibility, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in training or retail selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years training and/or retail selling experience, preferably in bedding/furniture or premium consumer products.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills in diverse settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution strategy and grow market share.
