Job summary

Serta Simmons Bedding (SSB) is seeking a driven Territory Manager based in/around Milwaukee to strengthen brand presence, grow profitable sales, and manage key accounts with strong leadership and field execution. You will coordinate merchandising, promotions, pricing, and training across assigned retailers to deliver best-in-class experience.

The role requires 5+ years in sales with account management experience for large territories, bonus travel and strong negotiation skills, and a Bachelor’s

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales with 1-3 years account management in a territory >$2M
• Furniture/mattress experience preferred
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making
• Excellent relationship, negotiation, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and operate in-market

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and deepen relationships with retailers and buyers
• Develop strategic plans to grow revenue in assigned accounts
• Own pricing, promotions, and market strategy with cross-functional teams
• Lead in-store execution standards and advertising programs
