Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Field Sales Representative to deliver customized in-home sales experiences. You will lead with hands-on demos, assess customer needs, and close deals in a fast-paced field role with uncapped commission potential.

Training, coaching, and ongoing learning support your success as you visit customers at scheduled appointments across designated Colorado locations. Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in commission sales, a proven track record of meeting targets, and strong negotiation

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record in commission sales and meeting targets.
• Strong upselling skills to increase customer value.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official use.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Background check, including drug screening and motor vehicle history, required.

Responsibilities

• Close deals by offering hands-on demos and tech delivery to customers.
• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments in the field.
• Build rapport and negotiate effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Travel to customer sites and manage field appointments with autonomy.
