Job summary

AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments in customers' homes. You will close deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery while pursuing uncapped commission opportunities.

The role offers a starting salary within a broad range plus commission incentives, with top earners reaching six figures depending on geography and performance. Training is provided to prepare you for success in the field.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive with a company vehicle.
• Evening, weekend and holiday schedules required; background check may be required.
