Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in Grand Rapids, MI seeks an Inside Sales Representative to generate new business and sustain client relationships. The role emphasizes qualifying leads, presenting tailored solutions, and processing quotes and contracts with high accuracy.

You will operate in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of two years in sales and a business degree or equivalent experience. Base pay is $27 per hour, plus potential bonuses and benefits.

Generate new and recurring business by presenting the company's products, services, and value proposition to prospective and existing customers

Build strong customer relationships by identifying business needs, understanding operational goals, and recommending tailored solutions that deliver value.

Prepare and process customer transactions, including quotes, contracts, lease agreements, and product sales with a high level of accuracy.

Drive customer satisfaction by recommending products and service offerings that enhance business performance and maximize return on investment.

Conduct follow-up outreach to ensure a positive customer experience, address concerns, and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Manage a high‑volume sales pipeline while effectively prioritizing activities to achieve individual performance objectives and revenue goals.

Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and opportunity tracking within CRM systems.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business from an accredited university or college, or equivalent two years of professional sales experience.

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or Inside Sales Rep with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas, cold calling, prospecting and closing over the phone. Sales pipeline knowledge. CRM experience is helpful.
