Inside Sales Representative

Hybrid

Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, and virtual communication to identify business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Generate new business opportunities by conducting outbound sales activities, qualifying leads, and nurturing prospects throughout the sales cycle.

Manage a high-volume sales pipeline, consistently following up on opportunities and driving deals to close.

Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, evaluate requirements, and present solution-based recommendations.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline progress within a CRM.

Monitor sales performance metrics and prioritize daily activities to effectively achieve individual and team goals.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
