Job summary

Pegasus Building Services Company, Inc. is seeking a Partner Success Manager (PSM) — the entry point into our sales organization. You will perform quality inspections at partner sites, document findings with photos, and identify service opportunities near existing accounts.

This is a full-time, field-based role in Southern California with hourly pay between $21 and $28, plus commission and bonuses. You will log activity in PegDesk, qualify leads, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive

Capture the partner’s real-time impression of our service and route issues to operations.

Spot opportunities during inspections and hand to the operations team for quoting.
Identify ideal-customer-profile businesses near existing sites and qualify leads.
