Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a field sales professional in Austin, TX to drive product distribution and execute promotions. You will travel to accounts, secure retail support, and ensure compliance with quality standards while maintaining inventory and managing promotions.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience (or 4–5+ years with HS) and a valid driver’s license. Lifting safety and vehicle reliability are essential to perform daily field duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1–3 years related experience or HS diploma with 4–5+ years relevant experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old or meet state minimum.
• Reliable automobile transportation with valid license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes meeting monthly objectives and acquire new business while maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; communicate pricing and promotions; coordinate displays and POS materials and events.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
