Job summary

Raymond West is looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team in Spokane, WA. The BDR is responsible for making cold calls to discover new business opportunities and will collaborate with senior Account Managers.

This role is field-based, requiring customer engagement, responsibility for a defined sales territory, and the potential to sell various equipment. The pay range is $60,000 - $100,000, combining base salary and commission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a current, valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Capable of communicating with people at all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Make thirty cold-call contacts per day for minimum three days per week.
• Identify business opportunities through various resources.
• Generate sales leads through literature drops, mail, e-mail, and campaigns.
• Work closely with Marketing Department to develop new customers.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to read and interpret documents

Education
