Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our Sales team. This role builds the vital link between customers and our company, handling a defined territory with focus on service, solutions, and growth.

You will represent Raymond West in the market, develop relationships, present our lift trucks, racks, conveyors and related services, and drive conditions for profitable sales while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

To strive for professionalism, observing and complying with all Company regulations and policies.
To represent the Company loyally, faithfully, with honesty and integrity.
To sell the products and services within established Company prices and policies.
To maintain accurate and current customer profiles on all accounts.
Each Core Sales Representative will maintain an accurate database for each account in their territory. An accurate equipment master must be maintained.
To make every possible effort to produce satisfactory sales volume and gross profit for the Company. It is expected that performance and results will improve year over year.
