Job summary

CSS is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop new prospects and manage assigned customers, driving sales and margin of the company’s products and services. The role emphasizes face-to-face selling and account management across operations, supply chain and executive levels.

You will travel to current and potential clients, deliver presentations, proposals and product demos, and work with management to execute account plans and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required;Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Prior sales experience required, outside sales preferred.
• Two years of industry experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to clients and suppliers.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and manage assigned customers to increase sales and margin.
• Face-to-face selling and account management to meet revenue targets.
• Prepare bids, proposals and product demonstrations as needed.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for customers.
• Maintain relationships with customers and resolve post-sale issues.
