AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes across Indiana, including Kokomo. You will conduct in-home demonstrations, Wi‑Fi assessments, and technology delivery, closing sales with hands-on engagement. Earn uncapped commissions with top performers reaching six figures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel with a company vehicle provided for official use only.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home sales interactions and hands-on demos for customers.
• Perform Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected.
• Close deals by applying strong negotiation and communication skills, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
