AT&T is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Indiana to deliver customized, white‑glove experiences at customers' homes. You will conduct hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and tech deliveries while advancing sales goals from scheduled appointments.

You’ll earn base salary with uncapped commissions; top earners reach six figures. Training, coaching and a company vehicle for official use support your success in a dynamic, customer‑facing role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver's license—company vehicle provided for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening and motor vehicle record.
