Job summary

Devine Business Group in Bend, OR is seeking a Field Sales Professional to create impact and achieve success selling supplemental insurance to businesses. This in-person, territory-based role offers a compensation of $70,000–$90,000 per year with weekly draw pay, uncapped commissions, and bonuses.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends as needed. You will operate as an independent contractor, building relationships with business owners, managers, and employees while leveraging training and mentorship

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain state license; training provided
• 5+ years of post-high school professional experience, or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a performance-based environment

Responsibilities
