Devine Business Group is seeking a Field Sales Professional to drive business in a business-to-business, in-person capacity. The role offers weekly draw pay, uncapped commissions, and bonuses, with mentorship and opportunities for leadership and growth.

In this position you will develop territory opportunities, build strong client relationships, and present customized supplemental insurance solutions while upholding integrity and client-centric service.

Qualificações

• Licensed in Health & Life, or willing to obtain state Health & Life producer license (training & reimbursement provided)
• 5+ years of post-high school professional experience, or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a performance-based environment
