Devine Business Group is seeking a Field Sales Professional to create impact, achieve success, and drive growth in a B2B, in-person capacity. The role offers a compensation range of $70,000–$90,000 annually with weekly draw, uncapped commissions and bonuses.

As an independent contractor, you will build relationships with business owners and managers, presenting tailored supplemental insurance solutions while maintaining integrity and client focus.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life, or willing to obtain license (training provided)
• 5+ years of post-high school professional experience, or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a performance-based environment
