Devine Business Group in Washington state seeks a Field Sales Professional to drive new business in a B2B, in-person setting. You will operate as an independent contractor with a weekly draw, uncapped commissions, and bonuses, while receiving mentorship and growth opportunities.

You will prioritize relationship-building with owners and managers and present tailored supplemental insurance solutions that provide real value and protection, aligning with client needs and company goals.

Competenze

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license with training provided.
• 5+ years of post-high school professional experience, or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a performance-based environment.
