Role includes 15+ daily in-person calls, 40 lb demo bag usage, and a clear path to advancement. Expect uncapped commissions and a base salary with commissions in year one, with earnings over six figures for top performers.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ high-impact, in-person sales calls daily.
• Present a 40 lb. demo bag with live samples and tools on every call.
• Follow the Sales Bag Progression to uncover needs and close deals.
• Write 40+ orders per month across high-volume product lines.
• Build and maintain 150 active accounts purchasing 10+ SKUs.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Regional, and Key Account teams.
• Deliver annual Value Advantage reports quantifying ROI.
• Maintain Salesforce records with weekly Friday planning.
