Certified Labs in Rochester, MN is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to drive growth for a premium line of lubricants in industrial settings. You’ll develop long-term customer partnerships, grow accounts, and master the Gears of Selling approach.

First-year earnings range $70,000–$100,000 with a guaranteed base of $50,000 plus commissions; after year one, compensation moves to a full-commission model with unlimited upside. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Outside B2B sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within territory and manage accounts.
• Experience using CRM tools to track activity andsales progress.

Responsabilités

• Execute 15+ high-impact, in-person sales calls daily.
• Present a 40 lb demo bag with live samples and visual aids.
• Follow Sales Bag Progression to uncover needs and close deals.
• Write 40+ orders per month, focusing on high-volume products.
• Build and maintain 150 active accounts with 10+ SKUs each.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Regional, and Key Account teams.
• Deliver annual Value Advantage reports quantifying ROI.
• Perform Friday PM Planning and maintain real-time Salesforce records.
