Job summary

Astound is recruiting for a residential direct sales role in the San Antonio, TX area. The position offers a base salary of $34,000 plus uncapped commissions, with total earnings potential reaching six figures for top performers.

You will engage residents face-to-face, generate new business, and build the Astound brand through field outreach and strategic marketing opportunities. Flexibility includes weekend work and a schedule of Tuesday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face and door-to-door sales experience is desired.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced field sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources.
• Aggressively pursue any leads provided daily.
• Distribute marketing material, build Astound brand awareness, and facilitate campaigns.
• Visit potential customers at their residences to discuss service needs, provide quotes and sign up orders.
• Report sales statistics accurately and promptly to management.
• Stay up to date with competitive activity in the market.
