Astound is seeking a dynamic residential sales professional to drive doorstep outreach in the San Antonio, TX area. The role offers a $34,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, with a strong potential to exceed six figures through performance-based earnings.

As a face-to-face and door-to-door representative, you will engage residents, distribute materials, and close sign-ups for Astound’s internet services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfort with outdoor, field-based activities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face meetings at their homes.
• Present services and provide quotes to customers and obtain sign-ups.
• Distribute marketing materials and support campaigns to build brand awareness.
• Attend sales meetings and report performance metrics to management.
• Maintain knowledge of portfolio properties and local market competition.
