Astound is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to drive residential service sign-ups through in-person visits in the San Antonio, TX area. You’ll build relationships, present solutions, and close deals with a focus on customer needs.

The role offers a $34,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, with total earnings potential reaching six figures for top performers. Expect a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and field-based work in a vibrant market.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience preferred in residential or field settings.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivation, time management and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through in-person visits at homes and businesses.
• Present services, discuss needs, and sign up customers for service.
• Meet or exceed sales targets with uncapped commissions and quarterly incentives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
