Astound is seeking a residential direct sales representative in the San Antonio, TX market. You will meet residents at their homes to discuss service needs, provide quotes, and sign up orders.

You can earn a base salary of $34,000 plus uncapped commissions with a strong path to six-figure earnings. The schedule is Tuesday–Saturday with some weekend flexibility, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in field-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Distribute marketing materials and build brand awareness.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and obligations.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Pursue daily leads and meet or exceed quotas.
• Represent Astound professionally in the San Antonio, TX market.
