Job summary

Astound is seeking a residential outside salesperson to drive direct customer engagement in the Dallas, TX area. You’ll start with a $34,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, with potential to reach six-figure total earnings based on performance.

The role focuses on face-to-face interactions with residents, property managers, and referrals, in a field-based environment with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residents face-to-face to discuss service needs, provide quotes and sign-up orders.
• Pursue leads daily and drive new customer acquisition.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and customer obligations.
• Attend sales meetings and report performance metrics to management.
• Stay informed about competitors in the market.
