Astound is seeking a dynamic outside sales representative for the Greater Maryland area to drive residential sign-ups through door-to-door engagement. You will meet residents and property managers, present solutions, and close orders with uncapped commissions.

Starting base salary is $38,778.69 per year, with strong earning potential from commissions and bonuses. This field-based role requires a valid driver's license, a proactive mindset, and comfort working outdoors in various conditions.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to engage residents and property managers in person.
• Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable and able to work autonomously outdoors.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain new residential customers in the Greater Maryland area through face‑to‑face interactions.
• Distribute marketing material and build brand awareness in assigned territories.
• Understand property contracts, service levels and customer needs.
• Attend sales meetings and report statistics accurately to management.
• Drive and close orders with an emphasis on meeting quota targets.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and maintain territory discipline.
