This independent contractor role offers a weekly draw, uncapped commissions, ongoing mentorship, leadership opportunities, and a flexible schedule that rewards performance and initiative. You will identify opportunities, manage your territory, and drive revenue with integrity and client focus.

Competenze

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain state Health & Life producer license (training provided).
• 5+ years of post-high school professional experience, or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a performance-based environment.
