Devine Business Group is seeking a Field Sales Professional to drive growth in a business-to-business, in-person setting. You will identify new opportunities, build relationships with business owners and managers, and present tailored supplemental insurance solutions to clients, earning a weekly draw plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.

You can operate as an independent contractor with autonomy over your territory while receiving ongoing mentorship and support from a high-performing team.

Competenze

• Already licensed in Health & Life, or willing to obtain your state Health & Life producer license (training and reimbursement provided)
• 5+ years of post-high school professional experience, or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a performance-based environment
