Devine Business Group is seeking a Field Sales Professional to create impact and achieve success in a business-to-business, in-person role. You will identify opportunities, build strong relationships with owners and managers, and present tailored supplemental insurance solutions to drive sales while upholding integrity and client focus.

The role offers an autonomous schedule, weekly draw pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, plus ongoing mentorship and development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (training provided)
• 5+ years of post-high school experience or Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a performance-based environment
