You will engage residents, property management groups, and referrals; develop territory knowledge; and advance campaigns while representing Astound’s trusted home solutions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for in-person sales
• Ability to build rapport with residents and referral sources
• Comfort with outdoor field work and door-to-door outreach

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources
• Explain service options and sign-up orders to customers
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets and report progress to management
