Job summary

Astound is seeking a proactive Direct Sales representative in the Chicago area to sign up residential customers through field-based, face-to-face interactions. The role offers uncapped commission potential alongside a base salary and robust benefits.

You will actively pursue leads, manage property visits, and collaborate with marketing to build brand awareness while meeting sales targets in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Outdoor/sales environment requires self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.
• Face-to-face, door-to-door sales experience preferred or beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face, door-to-door engagement.
• Pursue leads daily and build momentum for the upcoming market launch.
• Understand property details and sign-up service orders with customers.
• Distribute marketing materials and contribute to campaigns to raise Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contract language, service levels, and obligations.
• Report sales stats accurately to management and attend sales meetings.
• Stay informed about market competition to adjust strategies.
