Job summary

Chem-Aqua, now part of Solenis, is seeking a field sales professional to serve industrial, commercial, and municipal accounts in Florida. You’ll build strong relationships, identify opportunities to improve water systems, perform on-site testing, and deliver value-driven proposals that save time and money.

Travel within your territory is expected. You’ll join a collaborative, growth‑minded team and receive comprehensive training from day one to accelerate your success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (technical sales a plus, but we train everything you need!).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers solve real problems.
• Comfortable traveling within your territory.
• Self-driven, organized, and curious learning about the world of water treatment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term relationships with industrial, commercial, and municipal customers.
• Spot opportunities to improve water systems—stopping corrosion, preventing scale, boosting efficiency, and avoiding downtime.
• Perform on-site water testing & analysis (training provided).
• Deliver value-driven proposals showing how customers save time and money.
• Grow new business AND level up existing accounts.
• Partner with technical experts to deliver best‑in‑class solutions.
• Prospect through calls, networking, referrals, and site visits.
• Track progress, celebrate wins, and build success with a supportive team.
