AT&T in Grand Rapids is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, in-home experiences and close deals through hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments. Earn a base salary with uncapped commissions; top earners can reach six figures.

Training is provided, with ongoing coaching to develop tech-savvy, customer-focused sales experts. You will connect with customers on their schedule, build rapport quickly, and meet a variety of hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive; a company vehicle is provided for official use.
